General and Julia Grant are honored to have been invited as special guests to the first annual ‘Holly and Ivy Gala’ in Historic Holly Springs, Mississippi. They will receive and greet the guests for the event at the antebellum ‘Burton Place’ built in 1848, The event is to benefit and promote the Marshall County Historical Museum, the Christmas Home tour this weekend ($15.00), and the Historic Depot event “Tracks of the Generals”, to be held tomorrow (Saturday).
There is much rich History in Holly Springs and the local citizenry is working diligently to lift up that History and tell their ‘story’. Please come and enjoy as you support those efforts to preserve our Past.
