Please join President Grant as he participates in the dedication and opening of the new Ulysses S. Grant Presidential Library at Mississippi State University on November 3oth, 2017. The USGPL library is a 22,000 square-foot facility occupying the entire fourth floor of Mitchell Memorial Library on the campus of Mississippi State University. The floor was added to the three-storey building for the USGPL. The event is free and open to the public.
President Grant will be joined by President Lincoln (in the person of Mr. George A. Buss) Mr. Lincoln will be there to honor the gift to the USGPL of the Frank and Virginia Williams collection of Lincolniania.
Mississippi Governor Phil Bryant and the Honorable Carla Hayden, 14th Librarian of Congress, will be there, as will a number of other significant notables who will attend this Historic event.
