President Ulysses S. Grant is pleased to return to Dover, Tennessee and Fort Donelson on the 155 anniversary of the battle at that strategic town on the Cumberland river. He will be speaking about his Presidency and the efforts of his administration to address Reconstruction and Civil Rights. The President is in hopes that all, who may, will come to learn of his efforts on their behalf in Washington city.
The meeting will be in the Stewart county (Tennessee) Visitor’s Center and is open to the public. There is no cost. The President will speak at 7:00 o’clock pm and then entertain questions.
