General Grant is very pleased to announce that he will appear in Erin, Tennessee (near Fort Donelson, Dover and Clarksville, Tennessee, at 7:00 O’clock in the evening for a One-Man Show at the venue of Shamrocks and Shenanigans, located at 20 Court Square in downtown Erin. He will be speaking for approximately an hour on the topic “General Grant: a Cigar, a Crutch, and Two Victories.”
The General will be a guest of the Houston County Historical Society and the Houston County Arts Council and his appearance is one of a number of ongoing cultural events for the citizenry of Houston County and surrounding environs.
The event is free to the public and the public is enjoined to attend, if at all possible. Come meet with General Grant and pass the time of day with him in a question-and-answer session after he concludes his talk. He urges all to support their local Historical and Art endeavors; the people who endeavor to improve the quality of life of their town.
