General Grant invites all, who may be able to attend, to the First Annual Vicksburg Civil War Symposium to be held in the Old Warren County Court House at 7:00 pm o’clock in the court room of the Court House. Federal command staff will be there, as will General Pemberton (Morgan Gates), and Confederate staff to discuss what was done and why in the Vicksburg Campaign.
