Saturday, April 30th, 2022, will be a significant day in the Grant Bicentennial year observations!

At 10:00 am, General Grant will be interviewed by Vice Admiral Sean Buck about General Grant’s military career.  Admiral Buck is the current superintendent of the United States Naval Academy.

A lunch break (with lunches available in the Georgetown United Methodist church across the street from the Theater) will then be taken.

 

 

 

 

At 2:00 pm, President Grant will be interviewed by noted political history author, Dr. Charles W. Calhoun.  Dr. Calhoun wrote the definitive book on President Grant’s Administration “The Presidency of Ulysses S. Grant” (2018).
