Carnton Blue Gray Days Grant in field with cigar Photo by Kellye MurphyPlease join General Grant in Franklin, TN, on the afternoon of November 30th, as he takes a place of honor at the head of the column of Federal soldiers marching from Fort Grainger in Pinkerton Park (Franklin, TN) to meet the Confederate soldiers in front of the Carter House at the exact moment they met 150 years ago to engage and begin the Battle of Franklin.

The Federal troops will step off at 4:00 pm from Pinkerton Park (1.2 mile route) and the Confederate troops will leave Winstead Park (1.7 mile route) 10 minutes earlier; to meet at the Carter House at 4:30 PM.
