Parkers Crossroads Battlefield Lantern Walk

Take a leisurely stroll back through the Civil War as you walk the trails at Parkers Crossroads Battlefield (Tennessee) by lantern light on their annual Spring walk.  Guides will tell the History at several stations on the walk.  Music will be provided by the 52nd Regimental String Band around an inviting campfire as visitors wait to take their walk.

General Grant will be joined by General Forrest and they will talk of the War in West Tennessee and its impact on the overall war strategy and outcome.

The battlefield is at exit 108 on Interstate 40, between Nashville and Memphis, with easy off and on.
